Routine Check-up and Vaccinations

Vaccinate your Pet

Check-ups are vital for your pet’s ongoing care and quality of life. Routine check-ups include a physical exam, temperature, teeth, eyes, ears, abdomen and joints check as well. If your pet is due, yearly vaccines are also given at this time, or alternatively a titer check for certain viruses can determine a need for revaccination.

A Toronto By-Law requires your pet to have an up-to-date vaccination against rabies.

Dogs & Cats who are more than eight years of age are considered “Senior” and need a little extra attention. We recommend urine and feces screening, testing their blood chemistry for liver, kidney, thyroid function... because everyone knows that early detection is the key to a healthy life.
